Hi, I'm Joseph McGrath - a Midlands based Junior Software Developer in Training.
I recently graduated from Coventry University with a First Class Honors in Mechanical Engineering.
I decided to take this course because I have had a very keen interest in tech for as long as I can remember and I believe it is important to pursue what you enjoy.
Creating websites using HTML & CSS will be valuable for self-promotion and in any career.
Using my newfound skills to create bots on discord and other socials apps that make people's lives better or easier.
Creating apps could be a fun pastime and could lead to future job opportunies.
Creating games that me and my friends can play together. There are plenty of jobs down this avenue.
I'm a massive fan of computers. I love to build them, work with them and help people with them.
This has made me the 'IT Guy' of the house and grandma's constantly calling for help.
I spend a lot of my free time playing computer games with my friends.
It's great to keep contact with my friends who live far away, and has been a godsend during quarantine.
Like most, I love to travel the world. I've been to some interesting places and love the thrill of new adventures.
Becoming a developer is a huge benefit since you can work from anywhere with a laptop and internet connection.
I am currently open to employment opportunities with fun, forward-thinking workplaces that would benefit from my skillset.
